worse for Lil Wayne. While
sitting in a Yuma, Ariz jail
cell Wednesday, the rapper
was served legal documents
pertaining to a lawsuit regarding
his 1999 Bentley Arnage. Le
Marck deAndre of California,
who was refurbishing and repairing
the car, claims Weezy stopped
making payments on the $91,000
bill. Lil Wayne, whose real
name is Dwayne Carter, was
served with court papers while
detained on three felony drug
charges in Yuma.

is releasing his sophomore
album, “Rise to Power,”
but it’s not via his
current label homes, Def Jam
and Slip-N-Slide. Instead,
the album of refreshed early
material is dropping on Sept.
18 via Texas independent Suave
House Records.

I found him,” says Suave
